You Are Stardust

Every atom in your body embarked on an incredible journey billions of years ago. From the oxygen you breathe to the iron in your blood, these fundamental building blocks were forged in the fiery hearts of distant stars.

Massive stars, far larger than our Sun, live fast and die spectacularly in events called supernovae. These explosions are the universe's ultimate foundries, scattering heavy elements like carbon and oxygen across the cosmos.

Other elements, like hydrogen and helium, were created in the Big Bang itself. Over eons, gravity pulled these elements together, forming new stars and planets – including our own Earth, where life, made of stardust, could finally emerge.

You are, quite literally, a walking, talking piece of the universe's grand story.
